This is a not-for-profit website created by fans of Wentworth Miller and dedicated to the Wentworth Miller Fans for Charity project.

While we have made Mr. Miller and his representation aware of this endeavor and they have corresponded that they are pleased to support a bona fide charitable endeavor, they have not been, and will not be, involved in the organization, maintenance or execution of this site and will not make any independent investigation of same.

Mr. Miller has not and will not be involved with the actual collection of funds through this site, and will not be conducting any independent audit or other verification of this site or its organizers to ensure funds have been used for the stated purpose of this site.

The organizers of this site unilaterally contacted Mr. Miller by email through his representation, and Mr. Miller has never met or otherwise verified the identity of any of the organizers of this site. Mr. Miller has solely indicated that he supports charitable endeavors and to the extent this site runs such charitable endeavors in a bona fide fashion, it may use Mr. Miller's name and likeness for this limited purpose, and always at Mr. Miller's sole discretion.
